Equipped kitchen, living room (sofa bed 130), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room / wc, central heating, small balcony with table and chairs, shared courtyard.
Ski resorts: La Clusaz or La Croix-Fry or Grand-Bornand 12 km. Town center 3 minutes' walk with all activities (Via Ferrata 500m away, Forêt du Mont paragliding site from gîte), shops and entertainment. Bus station serving Annecy and ski resorts.

    Séjour agréable à Thones

    Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et propre.
    Bonne situation pour randonner et proche des commerces.
    Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.
    Séjour agréable malgré une semaine de forte chaleur.
    C'est une belle région.

    Logement spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre. Environnement calme et propriétaires très accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo capricieuse.
