40 m2 gîte on the 2nd floor of a house which also includes 2 other dwellings, one of which is the owners'.
Equipped kitchen, living room (sofa bed 130), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room / wc, central heating, small balcony with table and chairs, shared courtyard.
Ski resorts: La Clusaz or La Croix-Fry or Grand-Bornand 12 km. Town center 3 minutes' walk with all activities (Via Ferrata 500m away, Forêt du Mont paragliding site from gîte), shops and entertainment. Bus station serving Annecy and ski resorts.
Lake Annecy approx. 15 km away.

IDEAL ENTRE LAC ET STATIONS DE SKIS

Les hôtes sont très gentils. On est très bien accueillis.
Le logement est idéalement situé entre le lac d'Annecy et les stations de ski.

Bon séjour à Thônes

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement bien situé sur les hauteurs de Thônes et proche des commerces (5 à 10 mn à pied). Egalement bonne situation de Annecy (et son lac) de La Clusaz, et du Grand-Bornand entre autre. Belle découverte.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Le cadre et la région sont magnifiques. Proche d'Annecy et du lac, et de beaucoup de départ de randonnées.
Une vue imprenable sur le village entouré de montagne.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui sauront vous donner des conseils de visite qu'ils connaissent bien.
Le logement est très propre et très bien situé, proche du village(3 min a pied).
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance.
Je conseille vraiment ce gîte.
