1st floor (access via external staircase): entrance hall with cupboards, fitted kitchen, large living room with double living room (lake view), large bay window overlooking the beautiful south-west facing wooden terrace and offering panoramic views Lake.
2 bedrooms: large bedroom 1 with 1 bed 180x200cm separable into 2 beds 90x200cm, bathroom (basin, bath, toilet) open. Bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160x200cm. Shower room, separate wc. Lake view also from the 2 bedrooms.
Ground floor (lower part of the house): beautiful relaxation room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Sheets are provided. Internet access.
Large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, electric barbecue. Local bikes. Private parking in the property in front of the house
Center of Veyrier-du-Lac with its shops at 200 foot (450 car) and Veyrier Beach and the shores of Lake Annecy at 700m, beach of Brune 1km. Annecy and its old town at 5km, Talloires at 7km with its golf course and its paragliding site (landing). Geneva at 45km.
Skiing: Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) 27km, Semnoz 23km, small family resort of Montmin / Col de la Forclaz 15km, plateau Glières (snowshoeing and cross-country skiing) 35km. Many departures of hiking and walks nearby.

Agréable séjour
4/5Agréable séjour dans une maison tout confort décorée avec gout. Très belle vue sur le lac d'Annecy et les montagnes environnantes. Nombreuses activités à réaliser aux alentours. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

5/5Très belle maison, idéalement située, proximité commerces, proximité plage de Veyrier et d’Annecy.
Maison tout confort ( cuisine équipée, internet avec box tv, machine à laver, sèche linge, etc…).

Veyrier house
4/5good location, great view of the lake. overall comfortable and quality of accommodation was good. house needs a little maintenance - one of the sliding doors in the lounge doesn't open as has no handle. enjoyable stay and I'd choose Veyrier again if I was coming back to lake Annecy

4/5Séjour agréable. Découverte de la région, randonnées, visites et baignades étaient au programme. Maison spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec soin. Les bémols étaient qu'un store extérieur ne fonctionnait pas rendant impossible les déjeuners sur la terrasse malgré un parasol apporté par le propriétaire. Qu'il était également impossible de se servir de la douche de la suite parentale. Dommage pour un gîte 4 étoiles avec le tarif qui va avec.

Magnifique terrasse permettant d'avoir une vue sur le lac d'Annecy (lieu idéal pour les repas).
