Incredible panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains from this 40m2 Holiday cottage on the raised first floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse.
Quiet, south-facing location.
Independent entrance from balcony: separate fitted kitchen (table and chairs, Tv), shower room with shower and toilet (through toilet), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x2000cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (sofa bed 140x190cm, Tv).
The bedrooms and kitchen give direct access to the south-facing balcony (table and 2 chairs).
Housekeeping included (beds made on arrival). Towels available for hire.
Garden and private terrace on lower level of Holiday cottage (with garden furniture and bench).
Ski and bike room on terrace level (locked).
Parking behind the Holiday cottage along the road, or in a parking lot 80m away.
Holiday cottage adjoins owner's home (which has its own access).
Samoëns village center 3km away: shops, restaurants, ice rink, botanical gardens...
Grand Massif ski area 4km away via the Grand Massif Express gondola: 265km of linked pistes between the resorts of Samoëns, Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval.
Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 45km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Geneva and Lake Geneva 1h00, Annecy 1h15.
The Col de Joux-plane can be reached from the Holiday cottage (cycling, Hiking).
Numerous Hiking trails in the all-season area, or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 15km away.

Saubere, helle Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf das Tal und die Gegenüberliegenden Berge. Es war an Küchenutensilien alles nötige vorhanden (Filterkaffeemaschine, Dolce Gusto-Maschine, Toaster, Raclette, Zauberstab...). Drei Zimmer hatten einen kleinen TV mit französische Sendern. Gutes WiFi. Die Vermieterin war Problemlos über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Bei Schnee sollten Schneeketten im Auto nicht fehlen. Der separate Stellplatz ist ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt, zum Be- und Entladen kann man aber vor das Haus fahren. Zum Skifahren bzw. zur Gondel würden wir Morillon empfehlen. Der Parkplatz war dort kostenfrei (Samoens 7€ p. Tag) und die Gondel war nicht überfüllt. In Samoens gibt es keine Talabfahrt, daher muss man mit dem -Grand Massif Express- abfahren und abends wollen das alle ;)

Auw Avis ma ferme au soleil
Spatieux pour notre couple, hôte au top, et surtout une magnifique vu !!! je recommande a tous ! l'accès est parfait avec toujours le plus d'avoir une place de parking pour nous la terrasse est super grande tout c'est très bien passé je recommande fortement Noémie ! Le gite est aménager de tout et très prés du cirque pour les magnifiques randonnées.
