Detached house (101 m2) on 2 levels in a quiet area near the Lake. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (pellet stove) and lounge (sofa, TV), laundry area (washing machine), separate WC.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed, Lake view), Bedroom 2 (2 x 80x200cm beds, convertible into a 160x200cm bed), Bedroom 3 (1 x 160x200cm bed), Shower room with wc. Terraces: east, west and north (Lake view) with garden furniture and barbecue.
Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival. Private courtyard with on-site parking. Small shops 800m away. Lake Geneva shoreline 2km away (restaurants, promenades, beaches). City of Evian (Thermal baths, Casino) 3.5km away (8 minutes by car). Swiss border and town of Thonon-les-Bains 15km away. In winter: family ski resorts of Thollon-Les-Mémises 10km away and Bernex 14km away.

Très bon séjour malgré une météo moyenne la 2èmme semaine mais on n'a pas eu le temps de s'ennuyer car il y avait des jeux de société , des livres, 2 téléviseurs mais 1 seul nous a suffit.
Environnent très calme , belle vue sur le lac, proximité d'Evian, d'Yvoire, de Bernex, Chatel,.. pour y faire de belles promenades. Maison spacieuse et très confortable dans laquelle on s'y sent bien dès qu'on y rentre. Merci à Mme Burnet pour son accueil, pour le grand panier garni de produits locaux de qualité et le gros bouquet de roses ainsi que son frère pour les excellents légumes de son jardin qu'il nous a donnés.
Gîte dans lequel nous étions venues et qui nous donne envie d'y revenir.- Cleanliness
