In the heart of a quiet hamlet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, single-storey holiday cottage (46m²) on the garden level of the owner's house. Separate entrance. Kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed) with access to terrace and garden, bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine). Separate toilet with washbasin. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Fiber-optic Internet access. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Garden with partial view of the Lake, Switzerland and the Jura mountains. In the hamlet: Marin AOC vineyard, local bakery, numerous Hiking trails. Thonon-les-Bains (Thermal bath city), Lake Geneva 5 km, Evian (Thermal baths, Golf) 7 km, Yvoire (medieval town) 20 km. Ski: Bernex 15 km, Vallée d'Abondance / Portes du Soleil 28 km, Morzine, Châtel 38 km.

L'environnement est exceptionnel. Ce logement possède tout le confort souhaité avec en plus, une fraîcheur naturelle ce qui est loin d'être négligeable en période de canicule. La terrasse est très agréable et au calme. La propriétaire habite au-dessus sans vis-à-vis. Elle est charmante et d'une grande discrétion. Il faut faire un peu de route pour se rendre dans une grande surface mais la tranquillité a parfois un prix. Par contre nous sommes à proximité de tous les sites à voir.Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

tarzan tres bien situé
gite trés agreable,confortable,propre,et calme.trés bien situé,vue sur le lac Léman.belle terrasse.une proprietaire trés sympa,acceuillante,discréte,adorable.il y a une trés,trés bonne bonne boulangerie patisserie au village de MARIN.ET IL Y A DU BON vin.
