Charming, refined ambience for this ground-floor suite comprising a bedroom with 2 sleeping areas (1 bed 180x200cm and 2 beds 90x190cm, extra bed 90cm) separated by sliding doors, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, lounge, office area, cinema room and Jacuzzi in the suite. Terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs). Lake view. Private courtyard and parking. Bike and paddle rental. Direct access to lake (swimming) and bike path linking Annecy to Albertville. Restaurant 50m away. Annecy 2.5km away. Skiing (Semnoz) 20km away. Deposits can be paid by credit card, and the balance paid on site.

BC Les pieds dans l'eau
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 jours dans ce gite aménagé autour de ses activités récréative comme son SPA et la salle de cinéma entre autre.
La maison est parfaitement situé au pied du lac avec un accès direct à la piste cyclable qui en fait le tour et à quelques minutes seulement du centre ville.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui a été à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour et même avant notre arrivé puisqu'elle nous à recommander de nombreux restaurant. Les petits déjeunés préparé tous les matins étaient parfait également.
Mon seul bémol est sur le matelas du lit double qui mériterais d'être changé mais ca ne change pas la note ni mon envie d'y retourner l'année prochaine!- Cleanliness
