Detached 105m2 chalet on the south-facing slope of the Giffre valley.
Garden level: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, fireplace), separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom or shower room:
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with shower), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with shower), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm, bathroom with bath), separate WC. Wifi Internet.
In the basement of the Chalet: blind room with TV and corner sofa.
Beautiful wooden terrace accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue, Spa (internal regulations to be consulted in the photos section of the ad). Garden area.
Bed linen and towels included. Ski/bike room.
Grand Massif ski area (Grand Massif Express) 2.5km away. Free shuttles 430 m away.
In summer: Base de loisirs du Lake aux Dames 2km away (tennis, games, Piscine...). Numerous Hiking trails nearby or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval reserve.

Mara Très agréable location de vacances
Chalet très bien situé, parking facile, entouré d'arbres et de bosquets, joli, tout confort et très bien agencé, avec la disposition de tout le matériel de cuisine, d'électroménager (aspirateur, machines à laver la vaisselle, le linge, expresso...) et de loisirs (jacuzzi, barbecue, parasol, jeux...). Deux améliorations seraient néanmoins encore possibles : la literie et un ou deux points lumineux dans la salle de séjour.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet très confortable.
Très bien situé à 10' maximum du coeur du village.

Très beau chalet, au calme et proche du centre ville.
Le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus.

Merci pour votre retour enthousiaste ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le chalet, son calme et le jacuzzi. C'est vrai qu'en période de canicule, un brin d'air est toujours le bienvenu… même si, ici à Samoëns, avec 10°C au réveil ce matin, le ventilateur reste un luxe rarement utile ! Nous gardons néanmoins votre suggestion en tête pour les jours (très) chauds.

Séjour des plus agréables: confort du chalet,calme , espaces verts bien fleuris et entretenus. Vue superbe sur les montagnes. Pas de vis à vis.

Roger Lock A fine chalet - shame about the booking agent
It was well positioned close to the town to walk and the chalet was clean.
For 6 adults however the comfortable seating in the main living area was insufficient.
A few more hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes on would have better rather than to leave things on the floor.
Apart from that it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there.
One problem was that we were not impressed (and nothing to do with the chalet or its owner) with Gites de France who claimed they had sorted out the Depot de guarantee, but only the day before the owner and I discovered that there was a problem with the Depot de Guarantee due to the inefficiency of Gites de France. I tried to contact Gites de France and the people I contacted were most unhelpful. Thanks eventually to the help of my bank in England was I able to sort the problem. For Gites de France to not alert me to the problem earlier made it a stressful time for me one day before our departure. A warning for others.- Cleanliness
