75m2 Holiday cottage on the 1st floor (with ground-level access) of a beautifully renovated Chalet-style farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters (on the upper floor).
The Holiday cottage has its own independent entrance. It is laid out on a single level, as follows:
- Fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area, lounge with sofa and TV).
- Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm).
- Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm).
- Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm).
- Shower room (Italian shower).
- Separate toilet.
- Utility/technical room.

Bed linen included (Beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access.
South-facing balcony and private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, awning and electric plancha.
Secure private ski and bike room (max. 2 bikes).
Parking at the foot of the Chalet. Possibility of unloading and parking in front of the Holiday cottage, allowing level access.
Electric vehicle recharging available 3 minutes' walk from the Holiday cottage.
