33 m2 gîte on the 2nd floor of a recent chalet comprising a 2nd gîte and the owners' accommodation. Kitchen-living room (140cm sofa bed), bedroom 1 (1 140cm bed), shower room, separate toilet, balcony, garden, garden furniture, unenclosed garage, ski/bike room, central heating. Sheets available for hire. Visit the owners' farm (200m away) in winter. All shops and activities 4 km away (heart of the resort). Lake Annecy 36 km, bus station 4 km. Cross-country skiing on site. Free shuttle bus 100 m away. Golf course 100 m away. Pets: 1 dog max., cats not allowed. Gîte can be grouped with 136077.

Super séjour

Un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Véronique et Noël.
Un super accueil, une propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes .
Le gîte est très confortable et très bien équipé .
L’environnement calme permet de profiter un maximum de la vue sur les montagnes.
