In a large house comprising 4 gîtes and the owners' home, 35m² apartment. The house is laid out in half-levels, this gîte is on the 2nd floor (from the parking lot). Shared entrance.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed, TV), access to small balcony. Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 80x190cm. Bathroom (shower, wc).
Central heating. Wifi Internet access. Sheets and towels for hire. Washing machine shared by all 4 gîtes (laundry room). Private ski room. Bike room.
Balcony, large shared garden/terrace with garden furniture. Private parking.
The house and grounds border the Grandes Alpes road. Close to shops, shuttle bus stop in front of the house. Morzine center (pool, skating rink, shops and activities) and ski lifts 2.5km away.
