At the foot of the Dent d'Oche massif, close to the ski slopes and alpine pastures, this 42 m² gîte is on the garden level of the owners' chalet, in a peaceful hamlet.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, TV, dining table), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Central heating. South-facing terrace with lovely view, garden, furniture and barbecue.
Bernex ski area 1 km or 10' walk. Base de loisirs de la Beunaz 4 km, thermal baths, fitness center and Lac Léman in Evian 13 km. Vallée d'Abondance and Portes du Soleil ski area 20' away. Close to Switzerland.
