A 140-square-meter holiday cottage spread over two floors, located in a renovated former farmhouse that also includes the owners’ living quarters.
Ground floor: entrance via a central hallway leading on one side to the kitchen and living room (one step), and on the other to a ground-level bedroom (2 twin beds, 80x200 cm).
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and opens onto a pantry area with appliances. The living room includes a second table with two benches, as well as a cozy sitting area featuring a wood-burning stove. Direct access to the terrace from the living room.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway and a small bookcase near the staircase.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: two bedrooms, each with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together, and one bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard with a gate.
Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning available upon request. Electric vehicle charging (standard household outlet) available for an additional fee.

Nearby, Vaulx enjoys a pleasant natural setting, close to hiking and biking trails, and is a short distance from Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget.
