Quiet, pleasant setting in the heart of the Mont Blanc region for this 30m2 gîte, carefully converted on the garden level of the owners' chalet.
Kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed 140cm), bedroom (1 bed 140cm), shower room/wc. Electric heating. Shared washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Terrace with garden furniture, awning and barbecue, children's playground.
Hiking and cross-country skiing from the gîte. Downhill skiing at Espace Diamant or Évasion Mont-Blanc 2 km away. Free shuttle to Megève 400 m away. Shops and activities 2 km away, aquatic center, indoor pool, skating rink, summer tobogganing, spa, paragliding ....
Just 500 m from the gîte, you'll have access to a swimming lake, aqualudic course with floating games, accrobranche and tyrolienne, paddle rental. A footbridge over the Arly river takes you on foot to the Belles leisure center (tennis, pétanque, children's area, etc.).
