In the typical village of Bernex, in the heart of the Chablais region, 2 identical Holiday cottages for up to 4 people, on the same level on the first floor (access by 3 steps from the parking lot) of a chalet which also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs and another rental on the lower level.
Shared entrance for both Holiday cottages.

Holiday cottage 'Mémises' is 30m² with :
Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, rapido sofa-bed for 2 people, TV), access to balcony.
Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
Bathroom: washbasin, shower, heated towel rail, toilet.
Wifi Internet access. Washing machine. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional on request.
Balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs. Shared barbecue. Private on-site parking in courtyard.
Shared courtyard and garden. The Ugine river runs alongside the property.
1 Pets allowed free of charge (€100 deposit required on arrival).
Underfloor central heating. Closed ski/bike room.

Ski: Bernex ski area and ESF 900m away. Little train shuttle stop 1km away in winter. Bernex: summer tobogganing, entertainment, ice rink (winter). Portes du Soleil resorts: Abondance 18km, Chatel 28km.
