With its wood-and-stone atmosphere and private flower garden, it's the ideal choice for discovering the Savoy region, with the charm of a place steeped in history, away from the big cities. Bonus: during your stay, discover the paret, a traditional wooden sled built by the owner!

In the heart of the Albanian countryside, 62 m² self-contained gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors (under roof) of a small stone building which also contains the owners' cellar on the first floor.
1st floor: entrance into corridor leading to shower room (with washing machine) and separate WC. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm). Living room with open-plan kitchen, dining table and lounge with corner sofa and TV. Balcony with countryside and mountain views.
2nd floor: sleeping area with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm and 140 x 190 cm).
Independent entrance via balcony and outside staircase. Private plot on first floor with garden area, lawn and sheltered area with garden furniture, which can also be used to store a car. Exit from the road directly in front of the gîte. Old stone oven and other houses nearby (hamlet).
Linen provided, beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen must be brought with you. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Electric vehicle charging (standard domestic socket) available.
