In a country house with year-round accommodation upstairs, 95m² gîte on first floor. Independent entrances. Access via the fully-equipped kitchen (entrance hatch) with dining area, independent living room in the adjoining room with sofa, armchair and TV. A corridor (2 steps) runs around the gîte: access to the shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit; separate toilet; a utility room (washing machine, extra shower, boiler) and a storage cellar.
Access from hallway to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, desk) and connecting bedroom 2 (bed 140x190 cm and 90x190 cm, desk). Access to bedroom 2 from kitchen.
Please bring your own sheets and towels. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Central heating, garden furniture, barbecue, unenclosed grounds.
Forest nearby. A country lane passes in front of the house, which can be used by horses, hikers or mountain bikers. In winter, parking possible a few meters below the gîte (snow). Access on foot 25 m up a gentle slope.
