In the heart of the Abondance valley, in a mountain setting, 53m2 Holiday cottage on the 2nd level of the owners' flower-filled house. Independent access to the rear of the house.
Kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofa, TV), access to balcony.
2 attic bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), mountain corner with 1 bed 90x190cm.
Attic bathroom (vanity sink, bathtub, washing machine). 1 separate toilet.
Central heating. Balcony, courtyard, non adjoining land/garden on the side of the house. Storage space at entrance to Holiday cottage.
House located close to the road leading to the Châtel ski resort.
Village center and ski area 300 m away. Links to Châtel and the Portes du Soleil ski area. In summer, numerous Hiking trails and mountain lakes. Lake Geneva and the spa towns of Thonon and Evian 33 km away.

2 semaines passées début Juin; le gîte est vraiment bien, spacieux, et la vue depuis le balcon sur le mont de Grange, superbe !
le salon de jardin à la disposition des locataires est un vrai plus ;
à savoir, pour celles et ceux qui auraient du mal à randonner avec des dénivelés, le chemin aménagé des bords de Dranse, allant d'Abondance à Chatel, réservé aux piétons et cyclistes, est plat et ombragé !
pour "chipoter", le gîte étant mansardé,la baignoire n'est pas très pratique si on est grand !...mais l'accueil d'André et Alice , 2 belles personnes, efface ce petit inconvénient !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires charmants.
L'emplacement du gite facile d'accès, avec une vue imprenable sur les sommets encore enneigés à la mi-mai.
Gite très confortable bien isolé et très bien équipé.

Les bretons Un logement au top !
Un accueil très agréable tout comme le séjour. Un logement fidèle aux photos et à la description. " quoi que ... il manque dorénavant un pot de fleurs " . Encore désolé...
Une belle vue depuis le salon/salle à manger, un coin terrasse ensoleillé. Un logement adapté, propre, bien agencé et spacieux. Nous recommandons vivement !
