Detached chalet in a quiet, unspoilt area of Combloux. Beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (Aravis, Fiz). Skiing 4km away in winter (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).

Detached 48m2 chalet (+mansardes) on 2 levels. Warm, typically Savoyard atmosphere and decor.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), mezzanine with 1 extra bed 90cm. Bed linen provided.
Terrace with forest table, barbecue and deckchairs. In summer, parking in front of the chalet or under a shelter below.
In winter, roadside parking 20m away. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the gîte.
Combloux village center, shops, biotope lake (swimming in summer) 3km away.
Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area (Princesse or Bettex gondola) 4km, Combloux ski area 6km.
Town of Sallanches 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 8km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car.
