In a hamlet away from the summer/winter resort of Morzine, pleasant 50m²+10m² attic gîte on the 1st floor of the owners' house. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (140cm sofa bed). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90cm). Bathroom (bath and shower), WC. Central heating. Balcony with garden furniture. Non-adjoining communal grounds. House located in the heart of a fish farm, on the banks of a stream (trout fishing) and presence of a Ardoisière (slate factory). Cable car to Avoriaz and Morzine center 2km (swimming pool, skating rink, cinema...). Lac Montriond 5km (swimming). Free shuttle service on site in summer and winter. Can be grouped with 191006. Possibility for 6 people with supplement.

Nous louons ce gîte depuis plusieurs années et sommes toujours satisfaits.
Très belles prestations et une propriétaire très gentille.

Vacances Super semaine
Cela fait 9 ans que nous venons dans ce logement et nous sommes tjrs aussi content.
La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et le logement est spacieux et il y a tout ce qu il faut.

Florent Agreable sejour de ski
Le chalet est au calme et bien situé pour prendre les navettes pour les prodains. A côté d'une pisciculture à laquelle vous pouvez acheter du poisson, on ne peut pas faire plus frais. La propriétaire est très gentille et prends soin de ses clients. Petite difficulté à prendre contact avant le séjour par mail et sms mais réponse par téléphone sur le fixe immédiate !
