88m2 duplex gîte in a house that also includes another owner's apartment.
Independent entrance on one level from the terrace.
First floor: separate fitted kitchen, living room (TV, sofa, dining area), bathroom with shower + bath, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), separate wc.
Wifi Internet access. Terrace with furniture and gas plancha. Vast orchard facing the gîte (pear, apple and cherry trees), courtyard. Private storage room (skis, bikes, etc.).
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Old town of Annecy, lake 33km. Geneva and Lake Geneva 27km, Chamonix 50 minutes by car.
In winter, Grand-Bornand ski area 30km away.

Jupa Gite parfait
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce gite superbe pratique, il ne manque rien et très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, belles villes (Yvoire), montagne pour la randonnée et le lac Léman (plage d'Excevenex ou de Messery). L'accueil des propriétaires est exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse et disponibilité pour discuter des escapades à ne pas manquer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce gite très confortable.
