88m2 duplex gîte in a house that also includes another owner's apartment.
Independent entrance on one level from the terrace.
First floor: separate fitted kitchen, living room (TV, sofa, dining area), bathroom with shower + bath, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), separate wc.
Wifi Internet access. Terrace with furniture and gas plancha. Vast orchard facing the gîte (pear, apple and cherry trees), courtyard. Private storage room (skis, bikes, etc.).
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Old town of Annecy, lake 33km. Geneva and Lake Geneva 27km, Chamonix 50 minutes by car.
In winter, Grand-Bornand ski area 30km away.

Les Toulousains Très bien
Nous avons l'habitude de réserver des gîtes de France avec le même nombre d'épis. Et c'est la 1ere fois que nous avons un gîtes si propre.. ce qui fût plus que agréable.
La localisation du gîtes était bonne, les conSeils de balades du propriétaire ont été très appréciées.
Seul bémol, manque d'intimité par rapport à la table à manger à l'extérieur et pas de barbecue mais une plancha.
