In the heart of the Albanais region, close to Annecy and in a peaceful setting, this detached Chalet (140m² + attic space) is set on 3 levels with a refined atmosphere and panoramic views. South-facing. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (electric oven and hob, microwave...), with access to terrace and balcony, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x190cm, shower room), separate WC.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x190cm, sofa, balcony, shower room and WC). Garden level: Bedroom 3 (accessed via an outside staircase) with king-size bed (180x200cm convertible into 2 beds 90x200cm), shower room (Italian shower), WC, lounge area with small fridge and tea/coffee corner. Bed linen and towels provided. Solarium. Terrace with garden furniture and lounge, plancha, 2 large parasols, enclosed grounds. Private parking. Washing machine available in basement. Garage for 6 bikes or 3 motorcycles available if required. Annecy and its Lake 14km away, Le Semnoz (hiking, snowshoeing, skiing) 25km away. Rumilly Lake/Base de loisirs 7km. The owners have been awarded the Médaille du Tourisme 2026 for "participation in the development of the region". They also have another Holiday cottage (ref. 161005) in their house, next door to the Chalet.

    top-location im paradies

    Herrliches Haus in sehr schöner Gegend. Zuvorkommende und bemühte Gastgeber. In 1 km Entfernung Konditorei und Bäckerei auf Spitzenniveau. Einziges Bémol: In den Räumlichkeiten Rez-de-Jardin gibt es kein Wifi. Wird sicher schnell nachgeholt.

    Le calme

    Ce gîte est très confortable, très propre et décoré avec goût.
    Le calme permet de se relaxer et de profiter de la nature et de la vue.

    Gîte magnifiquement situé

    Merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte confortable où rien ne manque et où l'on se sent directement chez soi. Un paysage depuis la terrasse et le jardin à couper le souffle avec une météo plus que clémente.
    Idéal pour un séjour en famille et de belles promenades et découvertes aux alentours. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et la gentilesse des propriétaires. Et un petit plus (sur la table et dans le réfrigérateur) qui fait toujours plaisir. Nous reviendrons ...

    Famille Normande

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Logis de Marie. Le gîte, au calme et avec une superbe vue sur RUMILLY, était idéal pour passer un bon séjour. L'accueil et la gentillesse de nos loueurs (encore merci pour le gâteau !) nous ont beaucoup touchés. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour passer des vacances reposantes et agréables.
