In a quiet and pleasant environment, 76m² apartment on the 1st floor of the owners' house located in the heart of the Albanais region, near Annecy. South-facing. Independent entrance. Fitted kitchen (electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, etc.) with washing machine, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and balcony access (small table and 2 chairs). Bedroom 1 with balcony access (140cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 180cm bed - or 2x90cm twin beds), bathroom (washbasin, large walk-in shower/WC, heated towel rail).
Bed linen and towels provided. Courtyard, garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, private parking. Non-smoking accommodation. Annecy and its Lake 14km away, Le Semnoz (hiking, snowshoeing, skiing) 25km away, Lake Rumilly and its Base de loisirs 7km away.
