On 1st level (ground-level access): fitted kitchen opening onto living room (access to terrace), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm.), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Upstairs: unenclosed attic bedroom/mezzanine / max. height. 175cm (2 beds 90x190cm). Central heating. Terrace, courtyard, grounds.
Gîte located next to farm buildings. Possibility of visiting the farm.

Combloux ski resort 4km away (link to Jaillet - Megève ski area). Saint-Gervais 8km away. Thermal baths 6km away. In summer, swimming at the Passy leisure center 4km away.
