55 m² gîte (+10 m² under the mansard roof) on 1st floor with access from the parking area via an internal staircase. This access is shared with a second gîte and two year-round apartments.
On the 1st level, living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge area (sofa, TV). Dining table for 4. Private balcony access.
First floor: bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200 cm, closet, velux window) and bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190 cm, velux window). Bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine.
Balcony on 1st floor with garden furniture and deckchairs. Bed linen provided, beds made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Towels must be brought with you. Wifi Internet access via Airbox 4G.
Parking in front of the building. Grocery shop/bar-tapas on the first floor of the building on the street side, run by the owners. Farm with animals (cows, pigs, etc.).
