68m² Holiday cottage on 2 levels (1st and 2nd floors) in a semi-detached house in the heart of the hamlet of Jouvernex in Margencel, very close to Lake Geneva. Apartment adjoining the owner's home.
Separate entrance to Holiday cottage (access via outside staircase). Nice atmosphere.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofa, TV, access to small balcony). Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm, closet, access to balcony overlooking gardens and Lake - partial Lake view), shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine, wc).
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, cupboard, small balcony).
3 balconies, including 1 (next to bedroom 1) with garden furniture.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access.
Parking in front of the house (1 car).
Shops in the sales agent's area 2km from the Holiday cottage. Lake Geneva, beaches 3km away (Séchex beach). Thonon-les-Bains, Thermal baths 7km, Evian-les-Bains (Golf, Thermal baths...) 17km. Yvoire, medieval city 8km, Geneva 28km.

un sejour tres agréable dans un gîte comme neuf, dont le nom n'est pas usurpé car les hirondelles sont bien présentes et ont bien voulues partager leur gîte avec nous.Un excellent accueil, le tout sur une petite place de village pleine de charme, tout pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Linoa Parfait pour les vacances
Gite très confortable et fonctionnel. La literie est excellente, emplacement calme, j’ai super bien dormi. Bonne localisation. Sans faire beaucoup de route, nous avons pu aller skier, faire de la luge, mais aussi visiter Thonon et Evian. Bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Arcoline Un logement de très belle qualité
Le logement, inclus dans un ensemble de maisons de village, a été refait à neuf avec de beaux matériaux, solides et un aménagement confortable. Rien ne manque. Le hameau est à quelques kms des commerces et du lac. Le bus Ligne D s'arrête à proximité de la maison et va en centre ville/ gare de Thonon. La chambre du 1er niveau donne sur une terrasse d'où on aperçoit le lac. On peut profiter des couchers de soleil et des lumières scintillantes de la rive suisse le soir.

Singalette Beau gîte trés bien fini
Ancienne maison parfaitement rénovée, bien équipée et confortable.
