53m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a chalet-style house that also includes another Holiday cottage on the first floor, and an owner's apartment on the 1st floor.
Entrance from the 1st floor is shared with the owner's apartment.
In the Holiday cottage: fitted kitchen with dining area, living room (Tv, rapido-type sofa bed with extra bed 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
South-west facing balcony with table and 2 chairs. Wifi Internet access.
Parking in front of the house. For your convenience, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

    LES BOSSONS

    Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
    Logement très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes, des 2 côtés !!
    Chamonix est un lieu magnifique et magique. On en prend plein les yeux !!!
    Beaucoup d'activités proposées et possibilité de faire des réservations à la maison des guides.
    Le logement se situant à proximité de la gare des Bossons et bénéficiant des trajets gratuits grâce aux cartes fournies par notre propriétaire fut un vrai plus pour nos déplacements...
    Pas de tracas pour se garer, de plus tous les parkings sont payants. Nous avons tout fait à pieds.

    Face aux Bossons

    Gîte très bien placé, près de la gare des Bossons, dans une rue très calme. Si l'aspect extérieur peut étonner (maison en travaux pour les extérieurs et l'appartement en dessous), il est très fonctionnel, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Un petit espace extérieur serait appréciable, lorsque les travaux seront terminés.

    conforme aux photos et chaleureux

    Séjour au pied des paysages de Chamonix, appartement très propre et bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour. Literie très confortable et rangements. Cuisine spacieuse. Très bien situé dans la vallée. Gilles est quelqu'un de simple et sympa.

    Excellent séjour

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Gilles qui est un hôte disponible, de bons conseils sur les sorties en montagne, tout en restant discret.
    Le gîte est spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements. Et la vue est grandiose !
