61m² 2-bedroom Holiday cottage on the first floor of a large house comprising another Holiday cottage (ref. 104025) and 2 owner's apartments. Nice atmosphere.
The 2 Holiday cottages are located in the heart of the owners' family campsite (Le Taillefer - 32 Locations). Separate entrance.
Entrance hall, lovely living room with fitted kitchen opening onto dining area and living room (TV, rapido sofa bed), access to private terrace.
2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room (Italian shower): bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc, balcony access), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x200cm, shower room, separate toilet), 1 separate toilet.
Linen and towels for hire, Housekeeping included. Wifi Internet access.
Private south-facing terrace in front of the apartment with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha. View of the surrounding mountains. 1 private parking space.
Shared facilities in the Campsites: washing machine (tokens available), table tennis. Fresh bread and croissants to order in summer.
Holiday cottages open all year, camping only from May to September.
Nearby activities: Lake Annecy, first beach 1.5km away, quick and easy access to the cycle path 500m away, Annecy 14km away, Golf de Giez 7km away.

    Schöne große Wohnung mit super Ausstattung

    Gut eingerichtete große Wohnung mit einer super Ausstattung. Besonders gut hat uns die riesengroße Terrasse gefallen, auf der ein großer Sonnenschirm und großer Tisch steht. Hier haben wir gern viel Zeit verbracht.

    Das Haus ist Teil eines kleinen Campingplatzes mit altem Baumbestand. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Seeblick ist mittlerweile mit Bäumen zugewachsen, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

    Drei Toiletten war ein super Luxus für uns.

    Kleiner Hinweis für die, die es sonst nicht gewohnt sind: die Doppelbetten haben eine große Decke und nicht eine Decke pro Person.

    Der See ist etwa 1 km entfernt (Mini-Badestelle). Für tolle Badestellen muss man noch ein bisschen weiter fahren.

    SÉJOUR PARFAIT

    Séjour plus que parfait. Accueil très chaleureux. Propriétaire, très sympathique, de très bons conseils. Le gîte est neuf. Idéal pour 2 couples, 2 chambres avec suite et WC. Cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Grande terrasse ombragée. Nous avons apprécié la plancha. Je recommande vivement.

    Magnifique gîte

    Merci Madame pour votre accueil chaleureux, vos conseils avisés et bravo pour la rénovation très réussie de ce gîte. Tout était parfait, la décoration, le confort de la literie, de ces très belles salle de bain à l'italienne avec un goût pour l'harmonie, une cuisine très bien fournie et équipée, une belle terrasse avec son mobilier et un barbecue ...et en dépit d'un we férié complet au camping, le calme était bien agréable.
    Je recommande 100%
