36m2 single-storey Holiday cottage on the first floor of a luxury chalet that also includes the owner's living quarters.
The Holiday cottage has its own independent entrance from the terrace, but a shared entrance is also possible (recommended in winter).

The accommodation comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette opening onto the living room (Tv, convertible sofa bed offering extra bedding 160x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 beds 80x190cm bunk beds), shower room (shower, wc).
Bed linen included. Wifi Internet access.
Wooden terrace with forest table, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Private ski room. Bikes can be stored in the owner's garage. Shared laundry room (washing machine access).
Parking available on site in summer, and around 80m away in winter, as the chalet is located on the Cross-country skiing trail (the owner will take care of transporting your suitcases by sleigh).
Large terrace with an area reserved for the cottage (the other part can be used by the owner from time to time).
Flat, unpaved road for the last 200 meters.

Le Buet train station 700m away (10 to 12 minutes' walk): free connection to Chamonix with the carte d'hôtes.
