Detached chalet (40m² + 10m² attic), flat surrounding grounds. View of the Aravis mountain range (Massif de Balme, Combe du Fernuy, Beauregard).
Garden level: fitted kitchen, living room (sofa) with balcony-terrace, shower room, separate toilet.
1st floor: balcony with outside staircase, bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed), attic bedroom 2 (height: min. 110cm / max. 180cm, 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed).
Electric underfloor heating. Ski room, garden furniture, barbecue.
Bed linen and towels to bring with you. End-of-stay cleaning option: €100 on request from owner.
Activities: downhill skiing "Balme-Le Fernuy" sector 600m, Nordic skiing "Les Confins" 2km, "le Var" footpath a few meters away.
Shuttles 100m away. Pets accepted with owner's agreement.

Gaëlle Superbe chalet
Chalet très agréable avec vue sur la montagne. Il est très bien équipé , il ne manque de rien.
Il est bien situé à La Clusaz, entre le centre du village et le domaine nordique des confins. Arrêt bus à proximité.
Parking privé juste à côté du chalet.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a bien renseigné sur les balades dans la station.- Cleanliness

gite bien équipé, fonctionnel.
Nous avons aimé la situation, peu éloigné de La Clusaz, près de l'arrêt de bus.
