53m2 Holiday cottage on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse that also includes the owner's accommodation (upstairs).
Independent entrance on one level. Entrance hall with storage space, laundry area (washing machine), large bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 single beds 90cm), shower room, separate toilet.
On the upper 1/2 level (4 steps), fitted kitchen (dining area), living room with Tv and rapido-type convertible sofa offering comfortable 140x190cm bedding.
Sheets available for hire.
Garden with furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Ski/bike room. Wifi Internet access. Parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Ski areas: Morillon 9km (Grand-Massif), Les Gets 11km (Portes du soleil), Praz-de-Lys/Sommand 13km.
Summer: Base de loisirs 8.5km (Swimming). Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails nearby (Praz-De-Lyz, Les Gets, Sixt-fer à Cheval, Grand-Massif...).
Only one pet allowed (small dog, cat not allowed).

il s'agit de notre 2ième séjour dans ce gite , que nous apprécions particulièrement : la propriétaire est très sympathique , le gite est fonctionnel , complet , dans un village au calme , et très bien placé pour rayonner dans les environs ;
nous avons eu du très beau temps , avons pu bien profiter de l'extérieur et , au moment des fortes chaleurs , le gite restait bien frais .- Cleanliness

Mimi06 Parfait pour le calme et la tranquilité
Le gîte est toujours aussi accueillant surtout dû à la propriétaire qui est très gentille. Petit cadeau de bienvenue qui fait plaisir. C'est notre 2ème séjour, nous y retournerons.

Vous êtes adorable Catriona ! si on tient compte du froid et de la pluie qui ont été votre lot quotidien !Rappelez vous, il ne faut pas réserver pendant la période des "Saintes glaces" soit "Mamert", "Pancrace" et "Servais". Il faut se méfier aussi de Saint Urbain mais cela ne dure qu'un jour ! Bonne continuation à vous, bien cordialement.

cb35op26 Taninges Gîte
Very warm (met by owner on arrival) and generous (local cheese and jam) welcome. Clean, convenient kitchen. Comfortable sitting room. Excellent, large shower with good pressure. Lovely, sunny garden area with views of mountains. Within a short walk of very good supermarket, and centre of town. Easy parking outside door. Walking from the door. Quick, easy access to Samoëns valley and Les Gets.
Let down by small, extremely uncomfortable double bed. Heating did not work in the bathroom. And very weak internet which only worked in the sitting room.- Cleanliness

Zabou Un séjour au soleil à la montagne
Un séjour chez Mme Burtin au calme et ensoleillé.
Accueil chaleureux et gourmand avec un p'tit fromage et de la confiture de la région.
Gite fonctionnel avec un extérieur bien sympathique et parfait pour un séjour à la montagne ...même à 5 avec des ados !!
Idéalement placé près du lac de Fleurier et non loin du car pour la dépose à la navette gratuite de Taninges Praz de lys ..
