Located between Lake Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts, this 60 m² holiday cottage is on the first floor of a large house that includes other units. Access is via 12 steps from the parking lot.
Open-concept kitchen-living area (bench seating), bedroom 1 (1 140-cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 90-cm beds that can be joined).
Bathroom, separate toilet. South-facing terrace, yard, games, lounge chairs.
Available upon request: Baby bed and bike storage. Sheets, towels, and linens available for rent.
Lake Annecy is 5 km away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand are 20 km away; Manigod and La Croix Fry are 15 km away. Menthon-Saint-Bernard Castle is 5 km away.

Les bretons Paisible au creux des montagnes
Le logement est impeccable, comporte tout le matériel nécessaire, le jardin est très beau dans le creux des montagnes,l'ensemble garantit un bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et conseille parfaitement en fonction des envies et contraintes de chacun.

Petites vacances a la montagne. Gite très bien situé, aux portes de la montagne et du lac d'Annecy.Logement très calme dans un petit hameau, très bien équipé pour toute la famille. Je tiens a remercier le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance Je recommande sans exiter ce gîte.
