A 34-square-meter holiday cottage with a private furnished terrace, located on the first level of a large house containing several units, including 6 certified holiday cottages.
Access via 12 steps from the parking lot.
Shared entryway. Open-concept kitchen leading to the living room (dining table, bench seating, TV), with access to the private, ground-level terrace.
Bedroom (1 bed, 140x190 cm). Shower room, separate toilet. Private ski locker/storage closet.
Private south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and electric griddle available upon request.
Shared yard/garden with playground equipment.
Internet access. Shared washing machine. Upon request: baby bed and bike garage (shared).
Sheets and towels available for rent.

Ing Petit logement calme dans une belle région
Un appartement simple, avec une grande terrasse. Très sobre. Un bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé dans une belle région calme,dans un très petit village près du lac d'Annecy.On peut y faire de très belles randonées.Il y a des supermarchés très proche, des boulangeries,des cafés, de la vente des produits régionals etc. Le locataire était très sympa et gentil.
