34m² gîte with private terrace on the 1st level of a large house with several units, including 6 gîtes. Access by 12 steps from the parking lot.
Shared entrance. Kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, bench, TV), access to private terrace, all on one level. Bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm). Shower room, separate WC. Private ski/storage closet.
Internet access. Shared washing machine. Private south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric plancha on request. Shared grounds/garden with games. Cot and shared bicycle garage available on request.
Sheets and towels available for hire.
Lake Annecy 6km, Annecy and its old town 11km. Ski resorts: La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 20km, Manigod, La Croix Fry/Manigod 22km, Semnoz 29km. Château de Menthon Saint Bernard 5km. Geneva 46km away.

Ing Petit logement calme dans une belle région
Un appartement simple, avec une grande terrasse. Très sobre. Un bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé dans une belle région calme,dans un très petit village près du lac d'Annecy.On peut y faire de très belles randonées.Il y a des supermarchés très proche, des boulangeries,des cafés, de la vente des produits régionals etc. Le locataire était très sympa et gentil.
