A 32-square-meter holiday cottage with a private furnished terrace, located on the first level (accessible via 12 steps from the parking lot) of a large house containing several units, including 6 certified holiday cottages. Shared entrance.
Open-concept kitchen leading into the living room (dining table, bench seating, TV), with direct access to the private terrace at ground level. Bedroom (1 bed, 140x190 cm). Shower room, separate toilet.
Private ski locker/storage. Internet access. Shared washing machine.
Private wooden terrace, at ground level, with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and electric griddle available upon request. Shared yard/garden with playground equipment. Upon request: Baby bed and shared bike garage.

Bud Un lieu simple et apaisant
Nous avons passé 1 semaine en amoureux fin Août aux Eglantines.
Mr COMTE est quelqu'un de très accueillant, et toujours disponible.
Le logement est propre et très bien situé ( à 6 kilomètres du lac d'Annecy).
Tout est présent dans ce logement, y compris une plancha si vous en faites la demande.
Bien qu'habitant à Hourtin, c'est à dire de l'autre côté de la France, et nous y retournerons très certainement.
Merci encore Mr COMPTE d'avoir participé à notre bien être durant ce séjour.
