Open-concept kitchen-living room (with a bench), bedroom 1 (1 160 cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 90-cm beds that can be joined). Bathroom, separate toilet. Ground-level terrace, yard, games, lounge chairs.
Available upon request: baby bed and bike storage. Rental options: sheets / towels / linens.

    Séjour réussi !

    Gîte très propre, bien équipé, au calme parfait pour se reposer. Proche d'Annecy et de Thônes.

    Séjour familial excellent

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre lac et montagne! La location est tout confort et très propre. Le cadre est magnifique et relaxant. Le propriétaire très disponible , tout était parfait pour nos vacances!
