On a south-facing mountainside overlooking the Aravis range, this 35 m2 holiday cottage is on the garden level of the owners' Chalet.
Kitchenette in panoramic living room (rapido 140 sofa, 2-person or 2X80 sofa-bed), bedroom (1 140 bed), bathroom/wc.

South-facing terrace.
Sheet rental available.
La Clusaz / Balme ski areas 1.5km away. Free shuttle bus 100 m from Holiday cottage (winter and summer seasons). Numerous Hiking trails nearby. Lake des Confins (Fishing) 3 km away.

Accueil des propriétaires est très bon et toujours discret. Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines. Super gîte, tous conforts, superbe terrasse avec vue splendide sur les Aravis et les alentours et de belles rencontres avec les gents du pays. On reviendra chez vous dans votre belle région.

Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Petit gite très bien agencé, propre, ou il ne manque rien. Terrasse avec superbe vue sur les Aravis. Venez sans hésiter. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous reviendrons.
