In the La Frasse district, 750m from the center of Chamonix: 50m2 holiday cottage on 2 levels in a chalet-style house that also includes the owner's apartment (adjoining), each with its own private entrance. Independent entrance from first floor. Ground floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and toilet. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (Tv, sofa), giving access to a small terrace with garden furniture, offering a beautiful view of the Mont-Blanc massif. Bedroom 2 (2 Bunk beds 90x190cm), separate toilet. For your convenience, bed linen (Beds made on arrival) and towels are included. Wifi Internet access, private garage. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage or in the garage. 150m shuttle stop for City center and gondolas for summer skiing and Hiking (La Flégère and Les Grands Montets). City center 750m (10-minute walk). Piscine, ice rink, Thermal baths and Cross-country skiing 500m away. Guest card provided on arrival, allowing certain bus discounts. Garden with furniture, deckchairs, accessible in summer. House located on the Mont-Blanc Express railway line (Franco-Swiss link: approx. 1 train an hour - except at night). Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Chamonix dans ce gite en juillet. Idéalement situé pour découvrir le secteur à pied ou en train, il est très bien équipé : ustensiles de cuisine, appareil à raclette, vélos, jeux, livres...

Trés bon acceuil de Nadine logement parfait rien ne manque meme les gamelles attendent le chien . Des douceurs : panetone ,biere etc .Emplacement du logement à proximité des chemins de randonnés et proche du centre de Chamonix .Si nous revenons à Chamonix ce sera chez Nadine et pas ailleurs

Nadine is a lovely and welcoming host, I had a wonderful time staying in her gîte. The place was spotless and clean, spacious and well organized with everything I needed for my week in Chamonix.
