90m2 gîte on the raised first floor of a renovated country farmhouse that also includes 3 other year-round accommodations.
The gîte has its own private entrance. Living room (Tv, wood-burning stove, Rapido-type sofa with 140x190cm extra bed), fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, extra bed 90cm).
Two independent bathrooms: bathroom with corner bath and laundry area, shower room with shower and toilet, independent toilet. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Small enclosed garden.
Parking in front of the gîte. Ski/bike room. Sheets and towels available for hire. Skiing in Morillon 3.5km away (Grand Massif ski area).
In summer: Lac Bleu leisure center 3km away: swimming, ponies, tree climbing, etc. ... . Numerous hiking trails nearby in all seasons. Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 19km away.
Chamonix 50 minutes away by car.

Chalet spacieux situé au calme mais proche commerce.
Très bon accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire.
Nous prenions la navette au départ de taninges pour aller skier. C'est très pratique.

Manue Fabuleux
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Il ne manque rien nous avons même pu jouer en famille avec des jeux de société présent dans le logement. Nous avons également pu profiter des services à fondue et raclette pour nous régaler. La chaleur du poêle nous réchauffait après les journées de ski.
Le chalet est à proximité des commerces et proche des stations.
