Les Clefs des Cimes is first and foremost a magnificent gîte in a restored former alpine farmhouse! It also boasts exceptional mountain views, peace and quiet in the heart of nature, a terrace facing La Tournette, and a wellness area with sauna and Scandinavian spa. Inside, the beamed ceilings, wood-burning stove and stone wall make this a charming gîte! Maximum capacity of 9 people with supplement.

120m² gîte (+ 20m² attic space) on 3 levels in a tastefully restored former alpine farmhouse that also includes the owners' adjoining home. Separate entrance.
First floor: large entrance hall with electric shoe dryer, bathroom (double washbasin, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet, sauna area (+ walk-in shower). Rate includes 3 x 2-hour sauna sessions.
1st floor: beautiful living room with integrated kitchen opening onto the living room (wood-burning stove with first basket of wood supplied, 108cm TV with TNT channels and some foreign channels), access to south-facing balcony and large wooden terrace on the same level - magnificent mountain view (Tournette). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 140x200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
2nd floor: mezzanine with games and 1 bed 90x190cm, bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 90x200cm).
Quality outdoor spaces with private balcony, terrace and Scandinavian SPA. Price includes wood for heating water for 3 Scandinavian baths for a one-week stay.
Garden, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Private parking, including 1 covered parking space.
Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet access.
Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle using a traditional domestic socket (optional extra: price per vehicle and per day).
Snow equipment required in winter. Numerous walks and hikes depart from the gîte (Tournette, for example). Skiing in the Aravis: Manigod linked to La Clusaz 12km, Grand-Bornand 16km. Thônes (all shops) 5km. Lake Annecy 19km, Annecy 25km.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (parties, EVG/JF...).
