Just 300 meters from the Argentière ski area, in the heart of a quiet hamlet, a 70-square-meter holiday cottage spread over two levels on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse (1786) featuring the owners’ living quarters (ground floor) and another family residence.
On the first floor: a built-in kitchen open to the living room and dining area, Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160x200), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
On the half-level: Bedroom 2 (attic-style) with a 90-bed; on the second level: Bedroom 3 (attic-style) with a 160-bed or two 80-beds that can be joined together. Enclosed garden with furniture; balcony.
