In the heart of the Aravis mountains, in the Thones Valley, the owners welcome you to their beautiful Chalet, where a complete, independent floor has been converted into a Bed and breakfast.
There are 3 lovely Bed and breakfast rooms for 2 to 4 people, a large living room with access to a balcony offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, and a mezzanine lounge/recreation area.
Each room has its own private sanitary facilities (shower room and separate toilet), a TV and a relaxation area.
In the mornings, between 8 and 9 a.m., you can enjoy a hearty breakfast with home-grown and local produce, in the dining room next to the wood-burning stove in winter, or on the terrace in summer. After enjoying the many daytime activities in the area (walks, hikes, Ski, Lake, etc.), a tray with tea and coffee will be waiting for you on your return.
Internet access. Structure using renewable energies (solar). Parking (carport).
Electric vehicle recharging available at extra charge.
Supermarket 300m away, shops in Thones 4.5km. Bus stop between Annecy and La Clusaz 400m away. Aravis ski resorts: La Clusaz and Grand Bornand 4km away. Numerous Hiking trails in the Aravis Valley. Lake Annecy 18km, Annecy 25km.
Minimum 2-night stays.
A Holiday cottage (reference 302011) is also available for rent below the Chalet, next to the owners' sheepfold.

Juste super!! merci beaucoup à vous deux pour votre accueil.
nous avons passé un excellent séjour. nous étions dans la chambre parentale: une chambre avec un coin séparé pour les enfants est vraiment la bonne idée.
la chambre adulte et la salle de bain sont spacieuses.
les espaces communs sont très agréables avec une mention spéciale pour la terrasse!
le petit déjeuner avec les produits maison à fait des émules.( surtout notre fille ainée)
en bref le séjour à vraiment été parfait!

Bea Hervorragend angenehme Unterkunft
Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war eine warme Atmosphäre, schon allein durch die Einrichtung. Alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim morgendlichen Frühstück kam man mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch und hat sich sehr gut unterhalten. Das Frühstück war immer sehr liebevoll und üppig hergerichtet. Jeden Morgen frisches Obst, selbst gebackener Kuchen und selbst hergestellter Joghurt. Die Gastgeber hatten stets gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele parat und haben sich jederzeit gerne unterhalten. So haben wir viel über die Umgebung erfahren.
Alles in allem war es ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Ein Dankeschön an die Gastgeber.- Cleanliness
