Les Chalets de Juliette, located just 5 km from Lake Annecy and 15 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts, consists of one semi-detached Chalet containing two Holiday cottages and two detached chalets.
1st semi-detached holiday cottage (49 m² + 3 m² attic space).
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine/landing (1 double bed), attic bedroom (1 double bed).
Covered terrace, barbecue, small garden. Shared laundry room with washing machine.
Shared wellbeing area with holiday cottage 3013, featuring a Sauna, multifunction shower, and Spa.
In winter, snowshoes are available to borrow. Laundry and housekeeping services. Sheets available for rent.
Menthon beach and castle 7 km away, the city of Annecy 12 km away. Thônes 7 km away. Aravis ski resorts (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod) 18 km away. Geneva 50 km away.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Netter Empfang. Lage ist ruhig und schön. Supermärkte und Restaurants im kleinen Umkreis. Kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Frew Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chalets sont tres beaux et très bien équipés, et l'accueil est chaleureux. Le village d'Alex est idéalement situé entre le lac d'Annecy et la montagne. Le petit plus, le spa en fin de journée, très propre et surtout très relaxant !

Isa1231 Confort et proximité des activités Lac et Montagne
Le chalet est très confortable et frais (période de canicule) la terrasse couverte idéale et le très grand jacuzzi un régal après la rando ! Très bien situé entre mer et montagne, accès route lac / Annecy / Aravis à proximité. Beaucoup d’activités dans la région. Calme et tranquillité quand nous rentrions au chalet.
