Ideally located between Lake Annecy (5 km away) and the Aravis ski resorts (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod), this detached Chalet (41 m² + 8 m² attic space) is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom/toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine/landing (1 bed 90x190 cm), low-ceilinged attic bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm).
Covered terrace, plancha grill, small garden. Shared utility room with washing machine.
Menthon beach and castle 7 km away, the City of Annecy 12 km away. Thônes 7 km away. Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz / Le Grand-Bornand) 18 km away. Geneva 50 km away. Wellbeing area with Sauna, multifunction shower, and Spa, shared with holiday cottage 3015.
In winter, snowshoes available for loan. Laundry and housekeeping service. Sheets available for rent.

Nath SÉJOUR DE REPOS À LA MONTAGNE
Chalet conforme à la description tout est là pour se sentir comme à la maison propreté confort et malgré une météo très désagréable pluie brouillard et températures froides nous avons passé un séjour de repos au calme loin de l'agitation d’Annecy avec une superbe vue lorsque le beau temps est présent

Fatima Les chalets de juliette
Super chalet confortable et propre. Il se situe dans un petit village donc au calme mais si vous voulais allez au restaurant ou faire une activité il y a toujours une grande ville à proximité 10min d’Annecy.
Si vous voulais skiez on est à 25 min du grand bornand.
Le chalet dispose d’un jacuzzi extérieur à disposition mais attention le sauna nous avons pas pu y accéder car la propriétaire l’allume seulement si il y a 10 personnes…- Cleanliness

Thierry Location conforme et très bien agencée !
La location proprement dite est impeccable , il ne manque rien et celle ci est très propre !! De + la propriétaire est super Sympa….Dommage il manque un peu de lumière dans le logement ! Au niveau emplacement vous êtes au milieu de tout +- 15 km des hautes montagnes et 10 km d’Annecy donc idéal pour découvrir la région….

Coralie Séjour au calme
Situé dans un très beau petit village au calme, très agréable.
À 10minutes d'Annecy.
À 1:15 de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Pleins de coins sympa à visiter dans les alentours.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la pause spa est très appréciable à la fin d'une bonne journée de visite.
