In the heart of the Bouchet valley, 140 m2 detached chalet on 2 levels.
First floor (from rear): kitchen / dining room, living room (sofa, wood-burning stove), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160), shower room, separate toilet, storeroom.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90cm, 1 bed 90cm), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 4 (1 bed 90), Bedroom 5 (1 bed 160 cm), shower room, separate wc.
Central heating. Terrace, balconies, grounds, ski/bike room.
Bed linen provided.
Electric vehicles may not be charged at the Chalet. Public charging stations are available in Le Grand-Bornand village.

Genedou Gîte idéal pour un groupe d'amis
Le gîte était idéal pour notre groupe de 10 amies, nous cherchions un gite pour une nuit pas très loin de Genève. Le propriétaire nous a autorisé à rester plus longtemps le dimanche, vu que le gite n'était pas loué dans la foulée. On a pu profiter de la grande table sur le balcon pour déjeuner au soleil. Il nous a même apporté les serviettes que nous avions oubliées (mentionné dans l'annonce pourtant!). A recommander vivement.

Gaco Superbe gîte
Pour un séjour de rando entre amis, ce gite était parfait. Bien situé, au calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes seulement (en voiture) du centre du Grand Bornand.
Beau chalet authentique, très bien équipé et avec une terrasse très agréable et bien protégée. C’était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir prendre nos repas en terrasse, sans se soucier des caprices de la météo. La plancha était un vrai plus. Les propriétaires étaient fort chaleureux et disponibles si besoin.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour finir d’explorer le massif des Bornes Aravis.- Cleanliness
