32m2 gîte on one level, on the ground floor of a chalet comprising another gîte (adjoining) and the owner's accommodation (upstairs). Each has its own private entrance.
The gîte is accessed from the parking lot via a 10-meter-long, level path.
In the gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (rapido convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, Tv), separate toilet, shower room giving access to bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned to form a double bed 160cm).
Bed linen provided. Wifi Internet access.
Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and electric barbecue.
Combloux village center 2km away (shops, entertainment). Combloux ski area 1.8km, Megève/St-Gervais 2.1km (Princesse gondola). In summer, swimming at the Combloux biotope lake 2km away.
Megève (Palais des sports, swimming pool) 4km, Sallanches 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 13km. Chamonix 31km (approx. 40 minutes by car).

Fantastic, comfortable property with everything you will need, including outdoor space. The beauty of the surrounding area is just staggering. Maxime recommended a couple of restaurants to us in Combloux and both were superb. The 2 bakeries in the village are only a 3 minute drive away so we enjoyed fresh bread and croissants every morning. Highly recommended with a comfortable large bed, excellent shower and kitchen facilities.

It's difficult for no changes to be made but it's nice to have fun when you receive it.

Tout est parfait! Le propriétaire est très accueillant, présent et discret. Le logement est très agréable, au calme tout en étant proche du village. J'ai vraiment apprécié les soirées sur le transat, avec en fond sonore les cloches des vaches. Le fait qu'il y ait une autre location dans le chalet n'est pas gênant.
Petite dédicace pour Lefe !Je reviendrai pour des vacances au calme, au plus près de la nature.

ML Découverte de la Haute Savoie
Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et agréable à vivre dans un secteur calme et reposant . Vue sur les montagnes en particulier le sommet du Mont Blanc. C'est surprenant de le voir si près. Le propriétaire est très discret, disponible et a l'accueil chaleureux. Très belle région à visiter et arpenter, que ce soit la nature ou les lieux historiques. Suffisamment près du lac Léman pour y passer une journée. Combloux est une petite station qui n'est pas encore gâchée par le sur-tourisme. Conclusion: un excellent séjour que je renouvellerai volontiers.
