Gîte (32m2) laid out on one level, on the ground floor of a chalet comprising another gîte (adjoining), as well as the owner's accommodation (upstairs). Each has its own private entrance
Access to the cottage is from the car park by a small flat path of 10 meters.
In the gite: fitted kitchen open to living room (rapido convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, TV), separate toilet, bathroom with shower, giving access to the bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm that can be combined into a large bed 160cm ).
Sheets are provided. Wi-Fi internet.
Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and electric barbecue. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
Village center of Combloux 2km away (shops, entertainment). Combloux ski area 1.8km, Megève/St-Gervais 2.1km (Princess gondola). In summer, swimming in the biotope lake of Combloux 2km away.
Megève (Sports Palace, swimming pool) at 4km, Sallanches at 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 13km. Chamonix at 31km (about 40 minutes by car).

5/5En cette année très troublée d'un point de vue météo, nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une jolie percée du soleil sur Combloux lors des premiers jours de mai... Avon passé un petit séjour au calme chez Maxime qui s'avère être un hôte très chaleureux. Son gîte est très bien aménagé et bénéficie de toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires afin de filer des moments très heureux au pied du Mont Blanc!

5/5Un immense merci à Maxime pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilite. L’appartement est très bien meublé et absolument rien ne manque!! Vue extraordinaire sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Calme absolu et proximité immédiate de combloux, des commerces et départs en randonnée. Rien à redire, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir!
