Located between the Pays de la Côte and Lake Geneva, this 45 m² holiday cottage is a single-story unit on the garden level of the owner’s home.
Quiet location, near the farm. Kitchen/dining area, living room (130 sofa bed), bedroom (2 90cm beds that can be joined), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Terrace, large courtyard, grounds. View of the pond and Buffavents Castle. The holiday cottage is located at the end of the road in a rural setting.
Lake Geneva is 5 km away, and the sandy beach at Excenevex is 6 km away. Fishing on-site; Thonon-les-Bains is 11 km away (Thermal baths, fitness facilities).

    Très bel endroit. La vue est splendide du gîte. Château et ses daims à 50 m. Chemin de randonnée à côté. L’accès n’est pas toujours évident à prendre .
    Gite correct. Un peu ancien mais propre et convenable .
