Holiday cottage 63m2 (+mansarde) located on the 2nd floor of a chalet comprising another holiday cottage (on the 1st), the owner's apartment (on the ground floor), and a furniture store (adjoining, with its own access). Sleeps up to 5 (extra charge).
Shared entrance from garden level or garage. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (extra sleeping space for 5th person), Smart Tv and wood-burning stove) leading to a sheltered roof terrace (with furniture, deckchairs).
Bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed) with flat-screen TV, private shower room (shower/wc), Bedroom 2 (2 x 80cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160cm bed). Bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
Bathroom linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Wifi Internet access. Balconies, large shared garden of 1000m2, always in bloom, equipped with swings for Kids' enjoyment.

The Chalet is located 30m from the Combloux-Megève main road (bedrooms in the part of the chalet opposite the road).
Princesse cable car (Megeve ski area 200m away). Megève City center 3km away (shops, restaurants, sports center, etc.).
Combloux and its biotope Lake (summer swimming) 2km away. Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 7.5km away, Chamonix 35 minutes by car.
As the Chalet is close to the road linking Sallanches to Megève, particular attention was paid to soundproofing the apartment during the renovations, for greater comfort.
Long-term winter rental possible.
